SynCorp.studio — General Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose of Services

SynCorp.studio offers online technological monitoring and analysis tools, notably the tools named Pulse, OmniShred, and War Audit.

2. Intellectual Property, Scraping Prohibition and Reverse Engineering

The entire site (texts, graphics, logos, source codes, software architectures, algorithms and concepts of the Pulse, OmniShred and War Audit tools) is the exclusive property of Mr. J. Joseph Chenette.

Prohibition of reproduction: Any copying, modification or adaptation of the code or content is strictly prohibited (Articles L.111-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code).

Prohibition of Scraping: The use of robots, scripts, site scrapers or any other automated process aimed at extracting, copying, harvesting (web scraping) or monitoring the content or data of syncorp.studio is formally prohibited (Article L.342-1 of the CPI).

Reverse Engineering (Legal Framework): In accordance with Article L. 122-6-1 of the Intellectual Property Code and the European Directive on the protection of trade secrets, any attempt at decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering or circumventing the technical protection measures of SynCorp.studio's tools and algorithms is formally prohibited. Obtaining information on the operation of software for the purpose of creating a competing tool or plagiarism constitutes an act of counterfeiting and unfair competition, giving rise to immediate legal action before civil and criminal courts.

3. Pricing Conditions and Localized Currencies (Multi-Currency)

The rates for subscriptions and services are clearly displayed on the platform.

Geographic Adaptation of Rates: To offer an optimal user experience, SynCorp.studio automatically adapts the billing currency according to the user's geographic location (detected via IP address or account settings):

  • Euro (€) for users located in the Euro Zone and the European Union.
  • US Dollar ($ / USD) for users located in the United States and the rest of the world.
  • Pound Sterling (£ / GBP) for those located in the United Kingdom.

Taxes and Exchange Rates: Rates are applied according to the prevailing exchange rate and include applicable taxes according to your country of residence at the time of billing. SynCorp.studio reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

4. Access to Services and User Accounts (Clerk)

Access to the tools requires the creation of a user account. SynCorp.studio uses the services of the company Clerk (Clerk.com) to manage authentication, session security and access to the billing tunnel. The user agrees to provide accurate information upon registration.

5. Payment Processing and Security (Stripe)

Financial transactions and multi-currency management are fully delegated to the company Stripe (Stripe.com), a PCI-DSS level 1 certified provider.

Absolute Security: No banking data (card number, cryptogram) is collected, transmitted or stored on SynCorp.studio's servers.

6. Privacy Policy and 'Zero Storage' (GDPR)

Ephemeral Data Principle: SynCorp.studio's application tools operate on an exclusive 'Zero Storage' model. Data streams submitted for analysis pass only volatilely through random access memory (RAM) for the strict needs of real-time execution.

Automatic deletion: No permanent copies of the analyzed data are recorded. All session data is definitively destroyed upon closing the browser or user logout.

7. Limitation of Liability

SynCorp.studio strives to ensure the availability of the tools 24/24. However, its liability cannot be sought in the event of temporary interruption of the service for maintenance, instability of the internet network, or malfunction of third-party services (Clerk, Stripe, Vercel). The monitoring tools are provided 'as is' and the analysis results are indicative.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&C are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of Bordeaux (France).
